We do like you to be home when we first arrive to meet the cleaner. Once you are comfortable with your cleaner you may provide them with a key or leave a key in a safe place.
Yes we have public liability insurance.
Do to insurance we are unable to perform any cleaning on the outside of your home.
Yes. All we ask is you try to give us 72 hours notice.

Regular Cleaning FAQ

A deposit equal to 1 hour billing is required when booking, this will be subtracted from your first clean. Payment is due on the day of your clean and can be made in cash or by bank transfer
During your first clean we will prioritise the areas of your home you ask us to. We will also discuss with you how many hours you require every week.
We try to send the same cleaner every week. However, when a member of our team is on holiday or sick we aim to send cover to ensure you have continued service.
Yes you keep you time slot every week. Under very rare circumstances we may ask to change your time.
Yes we will contact you by phone or email prior to your first clean to confirm a few details with you.

Holiday Let FAQ

A deposit equal to 1 hour billing is required when booking, this will be subtracted from your first clean. We will send an invoice after every time we clean with appropriate details. If you wish to have a monthly invoice you can arrange this with us prior to your fist clean.
We try to send the same cleaner every week. However, when a member of our team is on holiday or sick we aim to send cover to ensure you have continued service. The cleaner(s) we send are also dependent on change over days.
Yes we try to be as flexible as possible. If you receive a regular holiday let clean we ask to be given a months worth of dates in advance.

End of Tenancy/Deep Cleaning FAQ

Payment is made during the booking process. We charge based on your property size. See the price list for more details.
Yes we will contact you 48 hours before you clean to go over a few details.
Ideally yes but we understand that it is not always possible. When we contact you prior to you clean and ask if the property is empty. If it is not we are happy to work around it.
